Rack Rate (to be applied during Holy Week and Christmas Season)	Php 8,690.00 net/unit/night

EACH UNIT COMPOSED OF:
- Three (3) Bedrooms (twin, double sharing per bedroom, can comportably accommodate six persons per unit)
- Living room with cable TV & sofa bed
- Fully equipped kitchen ( 2 door Ref, electricrange, and kitchen utensils)
- Two (2) toilets & bath
- Potable hot & cold water
- Own carport

AMENITIES:
- Free use of Clubhouse Swimming Pool
- Free use of clubhouse Tennis Court (day-use only)
- Free use of Basketball Court (day-use only)
