• Hill house capacity is for 2 person only. Bat and Rock House capacity is for 2 persons with possibility of extra bed for child below 12 years. Tree house has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children below 12 years.
• The houses are rented out on per hour basis.
• Extra bed costs US $ 20.00 per night
• The Houses are designed with two levels which includes an airy bedroom, bathroom and veranda. Electric fan and refrigerator are vasic room amenities. Hot water available for bathing on request.
• Transfer to another House other than the one reserved is allowed provided that the preferred House is available.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon, check in time is 2:00 o'clock pm

During Habagat, the docking of boats is transferred to Tambisaan which is on the other side of the Island. The tricycle fare from Tambisaan to Resort will be Php 500.00 / roundtrip for 2 persons. Transfers Rate from Kalibo / Caticlan good for 2 adults only. Fares for children will be negotiated for the benefit of the guests.
