SEAIR

resource management training and can confidently handle any
foreseeable situation. Our maintenance team's commitment to

How
to fly with unaccompanied children?
Unaccompanied
minors are not allowed on board our flights. They have to
be constantly monitored and need to be attended while in flight.
In the absence of flight attendants, the pilots cannot assume
this responsibility since they are likewise busy inside the
cockpit.
How
many minutes should the passenger be in the check-in counter?
Passengers
can start to check-in one hour and fifteen minutes (01:15)
before the estimated time of departure. SEAIR counter closes
twenty minutes (00:20) before the ETD.
What
should the passenger present to the check-in personnel?
A
valid Seair ticket and any form of identification must be
presented to the check-in personnel
What's
the maximum size in inches (length x width x height) can a
passenger carry?
There
is no maximum size on the condition that it does not exceed
the baggage allowance for each passenger which is 10 kilos,
in excess of that, a rate of Php 40.00/kg will be charged.
Can
animals be checked-in at SEAIR aircrafts?
Animals
are accepted in the cargo (inside the aircraft) provided that
the ff conditiona are met:
a.
proper quarantine is secured from the airport authority
b. animals must be properly leashed/harnessed/contained in
acceptable carriage or cargo rack.
c. must not be petted and/or fed
Rate of Php40.00/kilo is also being charged for animals
