Important!
1) Please complete and return the Reservation Form as soon
as you can since many hotel reservations in Bali are made
well in advance.
2) If you choose the fax option for submitting your credit
card details, please don't forget to send all details (name
of card, issuing bank, card number, expiry date, exact spelling
of card holder's name) by fax to +632-895-5567
at the same time as your reservation. We can only start processing
your request after having received all details.
3) If your reservation can be confirmed, a non-refundable
deposit of the cost of your first night's stay will be charged
to your credit card to guarantee your booking. As soon as
this deposit has been cleared you will receive the official
confirmation of your reservation, and the balance will be
charged to your credit card 7 days before your arrival at
the hotel. (Prepayment is required to secure the low rates.
Please see also Terms & Conditions.)
4) Please note that if you decide to extend your stay after
your arrival in Bali, the special rates may not apply. For
additional days the hotel may charge you the regular rate
which is much higher. Therefore, always make your reservation
for the full duration of your stay. Back

Terms
and Conditions
RATES. All rates quoted on our web site are for standard room
accommodation (unless otherwise specified), single or double
occupancy, include local tax and service charge. Rates charged
are valid for the period of your stay at the time you send
your reservation to TravelSmart.NET (validity dates refer
to your stay and NOT to the date the reservation is made).
Current rates are automatically recorded together with each
reservation received, and it is strongly recommended that
you print a copy of your reservation for your own records.
Although all rates for accommodation in Bali are quoted in
US dollars, in case of payment by credit card local regulations
require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah or
Hong Kong Dollars converted at the rate of exchange applied
by Indonesian or Hong Kong banks for selling US dollars on
the day of the debit. Any subsequent refunds will be based
on the amount and currency actually received by HBF/BALI.com
Ltd. (main supplier). Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% or
so because of these currency conversions, payment by credit
card gives you valuable safeguards. In the unlikely case that
anything should go wrong and you should have a justified claim,
you can always request a refund through your credit card company.
The fact that BALI.com Ltd's charges are processed by all
major credit card companies demonstrates BALI.com Ltd's good
track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business
with BALI.com Ltd and/or any of its divisions if this would
create any problem for them. Please be reminded that all rates
are subject to change. You will be advised of any changes
immediately.
DEPOSIT.
After your confirmation has been confirmed, the cost of your
first night's stay will be charged to your credit card as
a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your booking at the
special rate, and you will receive the official confirmation
of your reservation. Only HBF/Bali.com
Ltd is allowed to charge your credit cards, not TravelSmart.NET.
FINAL PAYMENT. The balance of the accommodation cost as well
as any other services booked will be charged by HBF/BALI.com
Ltd to your credit card 7 (seven) days before your arrival
at the hotel. Inability to collect the balance payment on
a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic
cancellation.
CHANGE OF BOOKING. If you have to change your reservation,
please inform us as early as you can. Please note that acceptance
of any change of your reservation is subject to availability
of the accommodation booked. You can send your cancellation
request to resorts@travelsmart.net.
EXTENSION OF STAY AFTER ARRIVAL. If a client wishes to extend
his/her stay at the hotel reserved through TravelSmart.NET
after his/her arrival in Bali, neither TravelSmart.NET nor
the the hotel is under any obligation to apply the rate applicable
to the original booking to any additional nights. However,
HBF/TravelSmart.NET will always try to obtain the most favourable
rates for its guests.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation
will result in forfeiture of all payments received by HBF/BALI.com
Ltd. However, if you just change the dates of your visit,
HBF will try to apply payments received to your new booking
if you give us advance notice. No refunds will be made if
a booking should be only partly utilized, breakfast and/or
other added values are not taken, or if transfers between
airport and hotel and/or other services booked are not utilized.
LIABILITY. HBF/BALI.com Ltd/TravelSmart.NET act only as agent
for the hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing
accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances
shall HBF/BALI.com/TravelSmart.NET Ltd be responsible for
any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect,
consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred
whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity
as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations
as described including, without restricting the generality
of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s),
rescheduling(s), over bookings, other inconveniences to the
client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged
in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action,
acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of
God, or by any other act not within the control of HBF/BALI.com
Ltd/TravelSmart.NET, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors,
servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the
services or accommodations herein. If any accommodations and/or
services are substituted, HBF at all times will act in good
faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations
and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted.
HBF/BALI.com/TravelSmart.NET Ltd in their sole and unfettered
discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service
to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations
